Job Description

▪主要顧客の新規獲得（コンバージョン）および既存顧客の維持・拡大（リテンション）を支援するため、顧客向けトレーニングおよび教育プログラムを実施

▪セールスチームと密に連携し、プリセールス段階から導入後の製品定着・活用促進まで、一貫したサポートを提供

▪顧客対応において、臨床的な観点からの専門的サポートおよびアドバイスを提供

▪製品導入時のトレーニング（インサービス）や各種臨床教育プログラムを実施し、顧客との長期的かつ強固な信頼関係を構築

▪必要に応じて顧客施設を訪問し、定期的なフォローアップおよび継続的なサポートを提供

▪契約に基づく看護サポート業務に関連するトレーニングや指導を、必要に応じて実施

▪ソリューション・エクセレンス、セールス、およびセールスマネージャーと協働し、最大の成果が得られるよう活動内容を最適化

▪担当エリアにおけるトレーニング実施状況および提供したサポート内容について、マネージャーへ定期的に報告

▪営業組織を支援する目的で、臨床アセスメントプログラムの企画・実施を担当

▪担当エリアにより、週2～3日程度の出張が発生する場合があります。

求める経験・スキル

必須条件

▪看護師経験、医療・臨床分野（病棟、ICU、オペ室など）において3-5年以上の実務経験

▪医療従事者およびKOLと信頼関係を構築・維持できる高いコミュニケーション力

▪営業・マーケティング・マネジメント層に対し、臨床的知見を分かりやすくプレゼンテーションする能力

▪PICC（末梢挿入式中心静脈カテーテル）管理や留置針の挿入に関する基礎的かつ実務的な知識（PICC挿入経験ありは尚可）

▪自律的に業務を推進し、変化する組織ニーズへ柔軟に対応できる方

▪医療従事者向けの臨床トレーニング、教育プログラム、評価プログラムの企画・実施経験

▪学会発表、社内外セミナー、ワークショップでのプレゼンテーション経験

▪データやエビデンスに基づく提案・意思決定経験

▪国内外の学術文献を読み解き、臨床・科学的情報を理解できる能力

▪新入社員向けオンボーディングや教育・育成プログラムへの関与経験

▪基礎英語力があれば尚可
