Job Description Summary

The Technical Excellence Program (TEP) is a two year structured development journey designed to build strong, technical talent by combining hands on operational experience with progressive technical skill building. In the second year, they advance toward Technical Specialist level through shadowing senior specialists, supporting preventive maintenance, learning deeper equipment knowledge, and engaging in plant wide troubleshooting and improvement projects.
