·FOLLOW-UP NOS PROCESSOS DE PEDIDOS PENDENTES DE FATURAMENTO DE VENDA DIRETA

·CONFECÇÃO DE PLANILHAS E RELATÓRIOS PARA O TIME COMERCIAL NO PROCESSO DE VENDA DE PRODUTOS CONSIGNADOS.

·PROCESSO DE DEVOLUÇÃO DE CONSIGNADOS E FATURAMENTO PÓS DEVOLUÇÃO. CONHECIMENTO DO PROCESSO DE CONSIGNADOS

·REALIZAR SUPORTE ADMINISTRATIVO AO TIME DE VENDASFOCADO NO PROCESSO DE CONSIGNAÇÃO, ATENDENDO AS SOLICITAÇÕES DE DEMANDAS

·MANTER RELACIONAMENTO/CONTATOS COM OS HOSPITAIS E CLINICAS - VENDA DIRETA

·CONTROLE DE PEDIDOSANTIGOS PENDENTES DE AUTORIZAÇÃO PARA FATURAMENTO: ATUAR COMO "DONO" NA IDENTIFICAÇÃO DAS INFORMAÇÕES FALTANTES PARA OBTENÇÃO DOS PEDIDOS DE COMPRA, ACIONAR OS AGENTES ENVOLVIDOS NO PROCESSO.

·ATUALIZAÇÃO DE DOCUMENTAÇÕES EM PORTAIS DE COMPRA DE CLIENTES DIRETO DE CONSIGNAÇÃO

·SUPORTE AO TIME DO PROVEDOR LOGISTICO: CONTATO DIÁRIO PARA SANAR DÚVIDAS E NECESSIDADES IDENTIFICADAS EM CAMPO E ACOMPANHAMENTO DO PAINEL WEB DA ENDOLOG.

·ATENDIMENTO DE E-MAIL E TELEFONICO À CLIENTES INTERNOS, EXTERNO E AREAS DE STAFF

·PARTICIPAÇÃO DE REUNIÕES /DEVOLUÇÕES SIMBÓLICAS

·DESENHO DE PROCESSOS OPERACIONAIS E FLUXOS DO DPTO

·GERAÇÃO DE BASE PARA RELATÓRIO DE COMISSÃO DO OPERADOR LOGÍSTICO

·ANÁLISE DIÁRIA DE RELATÓRIOS, LIGAÇÕES PARA OS HOSPITAIS PARA VERIFICAÇÃO DE SOBRAS, ACOMPANHAMENTO DA DEVOLUÇÃO E COLETA

·REMESSA DE MATERIAL CONSIGNADO PARA OPERADOR LOGÍSTICO

·GERAR RELATÓRIO E CONTROLAR OSESTOQUES DOS CONSIGNADOS /GERAR KPIs PARA ACOMPANHAMENTOS
