Job Description
Resumen del Puesto**
El Operador 1 de Otras Producciones es responsable de ejecutar tareas de producción diversas y rutinarias, siguiendo procedimientos operativos estándar para garantizar la calidad y eficiencia en la fabricación de nuestros productos.
Responsabilidades del Puesto**
* Operar y monitorear equipos de producción asignados de acuerdo con las instrucciones de trabajo y los estándares de seguridad.
* Realizar ensamblajes, inspecciones visuales y empaquetado de componentes o productos.
* Verificar la calidad de los materiales y productos en las diferentes etapas del proceso de producción.
* Reportar cualquier desviación o problema en el proceso o con el equipo a su supervisor inmediato.
* Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y organizada, siguiendo las directrices de 5S.
* Cumplir con todas las políticas de seguridad, salud y medio ambiente de la empresa.
* Completar registros de producción y documentación de manera precisa y oportuna.
* Colaborar con otros miembros del equipo para alcanzar los objetivos de producción.
Cualificaciones del Puesto**
* Educación secundaria completa (bachillerato o equivalente).
* Experiencia previa en entornos de manufactura o producción es una ventaja, pero no es indispensable.
* Capacidad para seguir instrucciones orales y escritas de manera precisa.
* Habilidad manual y buena coordinación ojo-mano.
* Atención al detalle y compromiso con la calidad del producto.
* Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y comunicarse eficazmente.
* Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos, si es requerido.
* Conocimientos básicos de seguridad industrial.
