Job Description
Resumen del Puesto**
El Asociado de Manipulación de Materiales es responsable de la recepción, almacenamiento, movimiento y expedición de materiales y productos dentro de las instalaciones de CCT Critical Care Technologies, S.R.L., garantizando la eficiencia operativa y la integridad del inventario.
Responsabilidades del Puesto**
* Recibir, inspeccionar y registrar materiales y productos entrantes, verificando la exactitud de las entregas contra los pedidos de compra.
* Almacenar materiales de manera organizada y segura, utilizando equipos de manipulación como montacargas o transpaletas, según sea necesario.
* Preparar y empacar productos para su expedición, asegurando que se cumplan las especificaciones de empaque y etiquetado.
* Realizar el picking de pedidos y la preparación de kits según las instrucciones, garantizando la precisión y la entrega a tiempo.
* Mantener un inventario preciso a través de recuentos cíclicos y la conciliación de discrepancias.
* Operar y mantener el equipo de manipulación de materiales de forma segura y eficiente.
* Colaborar con otros departamentos para asegurar un flujo de trabajo sin interrupciones.
* Cumplir con las políticas de seguridad, salud y medio ambiente de la empresa.
* Identificar y reportar cualquier material dañado o defectuoso.
Cualificaciones del Puesto**
* Diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente.
* Experiencia previa en manipulación de materiales, preferiblemente en un entorno de almacén o manufactura.
* Habilidad para operar montacargas y otras herramientas de manipulación de materiales (se valorará la certificación).
* Capacidad para levantar y mover objetos pesados de forma regular.
* Atención al detalle y habilidad para seguir instrucciones escritas y verbales.
* Conocimientos básicos de sistemas de gestión de inventario (ERP o similares) son una ventaja.
* Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y comunicarse eficazmente.
* Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios flexibles, incluyendo turnos y fines de semana si es necesario.
* Conocimiento básico de informática para el registro de datos.
