Job Description
Resumen del Puesto**
El Contributor 2 Manufacturing Operations (Shift 1) es responsable de ejecutar tareas de producción asignadas, asegurando la calidad y eficiencia en la fabricación de productos de CCT Critical Care Technologies, S.R.L. Este rol opera en el primer turno y contribuye directamente al mantenimiento de los estándares de producción.
Responsabilidades del Puesto**
* Operar y monitorear equipos de producción según los procedimientos operativos estándar (POE).
* Realizar ensamblajes, pruebas y empaques de productos de acuerdo con las especificaciones.
* Inspeccionar componentes y productos terminados para detectar defectos y asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad.
* Documentar con precisión los datos de producción, incluyendo el seguimiento de materiales y el progreso del trabajo.
* Identificar y reportar problemas de calidad o mantenimiento a los supervisores de manera oportuna.
* Mantener un área de trabajo limpia y organizada, siguiendo las pautas de 5S.
* Cumplir con todas las políticas de seguridad y los procedimientos de la empresa.
* Participar en la resolución de problemas y la mejora continua de los procesos.
* Colaborar con otros miembros del equipo para asegurar un flujo de trabajo eficiente y la consecución de los objetivos de producción.
Cualificaciones del Puesto**
* Educación secundaria completa o equivalente.
* Experiencia previa en un entorno de fabricación, preferiblemente en la industria de dispositivos médicos o similar.
* Habilidad para leer y comprender instrucciones de trabajo escritas y diagramas.
* Destreza manual y coordinación ojo-mano para realizar tareas de ensamblaje precisas.
* Atención al detalle y compromiso con la calidad.
* Capacidad para trabajar de pie durante períodos prolongados y levantar hasta 15 kg (33 lbs) ocasionalmente.
* Disposición para trabajar en el primer turno (horario específico se discutirá durante el proceso de entrevista).
* Habilidades básicas de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar eficazmente en equipo.
* Conocimiento básico de las buenas prácticas de fabricación (GMP) es un plus.
