Job Description

En tant que Chef de Projet Industrialisation, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la réussite des projets stratégiques de notre site de Pont-de-Claix. De l’avant‑projet au ramp‑up final, vous pilotez chaque étape pour garantir des solutions innovantes, fiables et durables.
Vous êtes le moteur de la performance : sécurité, qualité, coûts, délais… vous orchestrez l’ensemble avec exigence et engagement.
Au cœur d’une équipe transverse, vous fédérez les expertises, facilitez la collaboration et assurez une communication claire auprès de toutes les parties prenantes.

Responsabilités principales:

Participer à la phase d’avant-projet conformément aux objectifs définis par le sponsor.
Contribuer à la construction des budgets projets.
Rédiger la charte projet et constituer l’équipe projet.
Animer et coordonner l’équipe projet en collaboration avec les responsables hiérarchiques.
Garantir l’exécution du projet dans le respect des procédures en vigueur.
S’assurer de l’exhaustivité des livrables et de leur conformité aux attentes du sponsor.
Intégrer le pilotage du projet dans les outils et systèmes en place.
Suivre le budget et piloter les ressources affectées.
Communiquer l’état d’avancement aux sponsors et aux parties prenantes.
Assurer l’interface avec les sous-traitants et les services internes/externes concernés.
Assurer un management transversal efficace de l’équipe projet.

Profil recherché

Formation Bac+5 en ingénierie, management ou discipline technique apparentée, assortie d’une expérience confirmée en industrie réglementée (idéalement dispositifs médicaux).
Maîtrise solide des environnements industriels : compréhension des processus de fabrication, du fonctionnement d’une usine et des exigences du système qualité.
Expérience en gestion de projet : construction et pilotage de planning, gestion budgétaire, allocation des ressources et suivi de l’avancement.
Vision stratégique et esprit de synthèse : capacité à anticiper les enjeux, structurer les actions, gérer plusieurs sujets complexes et prendre des décisions éclairées.
Leadership collaboratif : excellent communicant capable de mobiliser, fédérer et animer des équipes transverses autour d’objectifs communs.
Qualités personnelles clés : curiosité technique, sens du terrain, rigueur, organisation, adaptabilité et aisance dans un environnement en évolution constante.

Fourchette de rémunération pour le poste : 40 000 à 50 000 euros / an
