Le site de Pont de Claix regroupe le siège mondial de l’unité Pharmaceutical Systems, une unité de production parmi les 6 sites de production mondiaux (France, UK, Singapour, Japon, US, Mexique) et le marché Français pour les autres unités du groupe BD
Tu souhaites travailler dans un secteur en constante évolution et faire partie d’une grande société pour « Faire progresser le monde de la santé » ?
Alors tu es au bon endroit, nous recrutons actuellement un(e) alternant(e) en Ressources Humaines (sur 2 ans) pour accompagner l'équipe RH de l'entité Pharmaceutical Systems.
Notre équipe se compose de 4 HR Business Partners (4 ) et nous proposons des missions généralistes pour accompagner les collaborateurs et managers de notre site de Pont de Claix.
VOTRE MISSION
- Accompagner nos collaborateurs dans la vie de l’entreprise et les processus RH, de l’Onboarding à l’Offboarding.
- Accompagner nos managers dans la réalisation des processus RH interne : gestion des promotions, des temps partiels, des départs ...
- Collaborer avec les différents services internes RH pour la gestion des dossiers (administratifs, paie...)
- Etre référent sur le maintien du référentiel des emplois conformément aux dispositions conventionnelles et accompagnement des processus associés : création de fiches emploi, cotation des emplois ...
- Assurer une veille juridique RH
- Participer aux évènements RH internes pour porter nos valeurs et représenter la fonction (Inclusion et diversité, mobilités ...)
- Accompagner différents projets RH pour l'entité Pharmaceutical System ou pour le site de Pont de Claix
- Participer au reporting RH (traitement de données, indicateurs...)
VOTRE PROFIL
En formation Master Ressources Humaines pour deux ans d'alternance.
Pour réussir dans ces missions, nous recherchons une personne ayant un bon relationnel, curieuse et intéressée pour apprendre et se développer dans un contexte stimulant.

The salary or hourly rate offered to a successful candidate is determined by their experience, education, and skills, as well as the labor laws and Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) requirements applicable to the work location.
Salary Range Information
€31 800,00 - €50 850,00 EUR Annual
