Le site de Pont de Claix regroupe le siège mondial de l’unité Pharmaceutical Systems, une unité de production parmi les 6 sites de production mondiaux (France, UK, Singapour, Japon, US, Mexique) et le marché Français pour les autres unités du groupe BD.
LE DEPARTEMENT
Vous intégrerez l’équipe RH France, répartie entre les sites de Pont-de-Claix (votre lieu principal d’alternance) et Grenoble. Vous évoluerez dans un environnement dynamique, en lien avec différents acteurs internes et des sujets variés.
VOS MISSIONS
Au cours de votre alternance, vous interviendrez sur plusieurs volets clés des Ressources Humaines :
• Campagne de recrutement des alternants et stagiaires : vous serez notamment en charge du recensement des besoins, la pré‑sélection des candidatures, la relation avec les managers, le suivi administratif des dossiers ….
• Support à la coordinatrice RH, incluant :
– la communication RH (ex publication des offres, mise à jour de l’intranet, préparation d’informations internes …),
– les projets transverses France (ex. organisation et participation aux Journée Newcomers)
– les sujets liés aux relations sociales (es mise à jour de la BDESE, suivi des formations CFESES, …)
• Appui aux HRBP : mise à jour des fiches emploi en lien avec les managers, contribution aux actions d’accompagnement managérial et soutien ponctuel sur différents sujets du périmètre.
• Contribution à tout sujet RH selon les besoins du service.
Vous occuperez un rôle de support, avec également des opportunités de prendre des initiatives et de développer votre autonomie.
VOTRE PROFIL
Formation
Cursus en Ressources Humaines (Bac+3 à Bac+5), pour un contrat d’un ou deux ans selon votre formation.
Compétences et qualités attendues :
• Organisation, rigueur et sens du détail
• Aisance à l’oral comme à l’écrit, et bon relationnel
• Autonomie
• Ouverture d’esprit, envie d’apprendre et de découvrir de nouveaux sujets
• Flexibilité et capacité à s’adapter aux changements
• Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques et de l’anglais (niveau B2)

The salary or hourly rate offered to a successful candidate is determined by their experience, education, and skills, as well as the labor laws and Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) requirements applicable to the work location.
Salary Range Information
€22 500,00 - €32 625,00 EUR Annual
