Job Description

Funciones:

-   Orquestar la operación integral del almacén NS‑CEDIS, asegurando la alineación entre planeación, esterilización, almacenamiento y despacho, con foco en la continuidad operativa y el cumplimiento de los planes de servicio.
-   Asegurar la factibilidad, ejecución y seguimiento del programa de esterilización PPE, coordinando el abastecimiento y desalojo de cámaras conforme a prioridades, volúmenes y restricciones operativas definidas por el área de Planeación.
-   Garantizar el cumplimiento del plan diario de embarques a los diferentes destinos de BD, coordinando con áreas internas y operadores logísticos externos para asegurar entregas oportunas y la correcta segmentación por mercado (nacional y LATAM).
-   Fungir como enlace operativo entre almacén, planeación, producción, calidad, tráfico y proveedores logísticos, facilitando la comunicación, la priorización de actividades y la resolución oportuna de desviaciones operativas.
-   Brindar soporte a la gestión de incidentes operativos mediante el seguimiento en TMS, la elaboración de análisis de causa raíz (RCA) y análisis de riesgos, utilizando metodologías de mejora continua para implementar acciones correctivas y preventivas que fortalezcan la estabilidad de la operación.
-   Identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos del NS‑CEDIS y, en conjunto con supervisión y áreas involucradas, definir e implementar planes de acción que mitiguen riesgos, reduzcan la variabilidad y mejoren el desempeño operativo.

Requisitos:

Escolaridad: Educación media superior (Preparatoria) y/o carrera trunca, preferentemente ingeniería industrial.
- Conocimiento general de procesos productivos y su interacción con planeación y almacén. Conocimientos de proceso de esterilización, sería un plus.
- Alta capacidad analítica para interpretar datos, identificar desviaciones y proponer mejoras.
