Job Description

Auxiliar de laboratorio:

Garantiza la limpieza mediante el proceso de lavado de materiales, uniformes y equipos utilizados en los diferentes procesos analíticos del laboratorio de Microbiología. Mantiene el orden de los materiales en los sitios de resguardo y brinda soporte en la recepción de insumos.

Funciones:

  • Lava el material del laboratorio de Microbiología, siguiendo el procedimiento (s) estándares de operación aplicables al lavado de material con la finalidad de que el material esté en las condiciones óptimas de limpieza y así utilizarse en los análisis microbiológicos.                                                       
  • Limpia y desinfecta los equipos e instrumentos, siguiendo los procedimiento (s) aplicable (s) a cada equipo para mantener las condiciones de limpieza de los equipos utilizados.
  • Lava y prepara los uniformes de áreas asépticas, conforme lo indicado en el procedimiento de lavado de uniformes para asegurar que los uniformes que se utilicen están en condiciones de limpieza requeridos para análisis o esterilización y uso posterior a este proceso.
  • Prepara y descontamina los materiales utilizados en los análisis microbiológicos, siguiendo el procedimiento correspondiente y utilizando los equipos y condiciones de manejo establecidos, con el fin de asegurar que los materiales y soluciones empleados estén libres de agentes o contaminantes microbianos.
  • Limpia y ordena todas las gavetas, anaqueles, mobiliario de resguardo del laboratorio de Microbiología, a la vez que cumple con el programa de limpieza establecido y coloca los materiales en los sitios asignados, para mantener el orden y limpieza en las áreas de resguardo y por consiguiente en las áreas de trabajo.
  • Apoya a los microbiólogos en la recepción de materiales (insumos) destinados al laboratorio en el almacén. Asiste al área de almacén cuando el laboratorio de Microbiología es notificado sobre la llegada de insumos, verificando que estos cumplan con las características y cantidades solicitadas.
  • Apoya al personal técnico en la preparación de los materiales para su esterilización o despirogenización.

Requisitos:

      • Preparatoria concluida.
      • Conocimiento del proceso de lavado de material de laboratorio.
      • Conocimiento en limpieza de cuartos limpios.
      • Disponibilidad para rolar turnos y trabajar fines de semana.
