Job Description


Vous êtes responsable du support technique auprès de nos clients durant les phases de pré et post-vente. Vous assurez l'installation, la maintenance préventive et corrective, les mises à niveau et les réparations d'instruments complexes de microbiologie et d'automatisation de laboratoire, tout en garantissant un haut niveau de satisfaction client grâce à votre expertise technique et votre réactivité.

Responsabilités principales


  • Réaliser les activités de maintenance préventive, corrective, les réparations et les mises à niveau des équipements installés chez les clients.
  • Planifier, prioriser et exécuter les interventions conformément aux procédures BD Kiestra / IDS et aux accords de niveau de service définis.
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents techniques complexes, en assurant l'escalade appropriée lorsque nécessaire.
  • Assurer la gestion et le maintien des stocks de pièces détachées, outils et équipements nécessaires à vos interventions.
  • Former les utilisateurs et opérateurs clients à l'utilisation et à la maintenance de premier niveau des systèmes.
  • Documenter l'ensemble des interventions et assurer le suivi des données techniques dans les systèmes de gestion afin de garantir la qualité des rapports et l'amélioration continue des performances des équipements.



Profil recherché


  • Formation Bac+2/3 minimum en électronique, informatique industrielle, automatisation, maintenance industrielle ou domaine technique équivalent.
  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans la maintenance et le dépannage d'équipements techniques complexes, idéalement dans les secteurs des dispositifs médicaux, laboratoires ou environnements réglementés.
  • Excellentes compétences en diagnostic, résolution de problèmes et support technique sur le terrain.
  • Forte orientation client et capacité à gérer efficacement les relations avec différentes parties prenantes.
  • Français courant et bon niveau d'anglais professionnel, notamment pour la lecture et la rédaction de documentation technique.
  • Permis de conduire B valide et disponibilité pour des déplacements réguliers.

Atout supplémentaire : Une connaissance des techniques de microbiologie ou des environnements de laboratoire sera fortement appréciée.


Fourchette de rémunération : 50 000 € – 55 000 €
