Job Responsibilities:(Primary Duties, Roles, and/or Authorities)

• Maintain accurate and complete files for all cycle counts and inventory issues.

• Update Warehouse Management System accordingly and inform Inventory Lead or Supervisor of any discrepancies.

• Monitor the accuracy of the picking process in accordance with the highest possible levels of productivity and adjust in WMS when applicable.

• Ensure all warehouse activity records are prepared in a timely manner and accurately and effectively maintained.

• Provide feedback and recommendations.

• Collaborate with leadership on the pick face slotting initiatives for the picking modules.

• Collaborate with leadership on the module pick face management – system, labels, sizing, etc.

• Become knowledgeable of the responsibilities of the other positions to assist in times of urgency, breaks, absences, or vacation.

• Other duties as assigned or requested by leadership.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED, required.

• 2+ years of manufacturing, distribution, or related work experience, required.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Good verbal communication skills.

• Ability to operate MHE and use an RF scanner.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment.

• Ability to read and interpret distribution documents.

• Basic analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.

• Proficient in the use of a PC, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong initiative and drive for results.

• General distribution knowledge

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and WMS.
