Job Description Summary

We are looking for a highly driven Technical AI Product Manager to shape, build, and scale AI products and solutions that deliver measurable business value. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong product thinking, technical fluency, and execution discipline to move AI initiatives from concept to production.



You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, data, and business transformation, partnering closely with stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities, define scalable solutions, and drive delivery through launch and adoption. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves with urgency, and can translate complex needs into clear product plans and shipped outcomes. This role is within the Technology & Global Services (TGS) organization (CIO organization) and would support our internal teams across many different Business Units, Functions and Regions



The ideal candidate brings experience working on AI, machine learning, automation, data, or other highly technical digital products, and is excited by the opportunity to create immediate impact in a fast-moving enterprise environment. This role will support AI products and solutions across a broad portfolio of business use cases, while helping scale repeatable product and delivery patterns for the future.

Job Description

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products and solutions from discovery, scoping, andrequirementsdefinition through implementation, validation, deployment, and post-launch stabilization.

  • Partner with business stakeholders, engineering teams, architects, data scientists, and ML engineers to translate business problems into clear product requirements, roadmaps, and prioritized backlogs.

  • Drive discovery and feasibility assessments to evaluate opportunities, shape usecases, andrecommend when toleverageexisting enterprise AI capabilities versus developing custom solutions.

  • Convert ambiguous needs into structured user stories, work packages, milestones, and release plans that enable efficient execution across cross-functional teams.

  • Support the development of scalable, production-ready AI products with strong attention to business value, usability, reliability, and adoption.

  • Establish and reinforce best practices across testing, model validation, risk management, release readiness, monitoring, and post-launch support.

  • Help define product success metrics, acceptance criteria, and rollout plans to ensure solutions are aligned to customer and business needs.

  • Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, tradeoffs, and key decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including global teams across regions and time zones.

  • Promote strong standards across Responsible AI, data governance, security, compliance, and operational rigor throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Drive standardization, reuse, and scalable delivery patterns to reduce one-off custom efforts and accelerate future AI product development.

  • Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies,MLOpspractices, and modern product delivery approaches to continuously improve execution quality and speed.

Qualification

Education:Bachelor’s ormaster’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field


Experience: 

  • 6+ years of experiencein technical product management, AI/ML product delivery, software product development, or related roles in product, engineering, consulting, or digital transformation environments.

  • 2+ years of experienceworking on AI, machine learning, automation, data, or other highly technical digital products is strongly preferred.

  • Proven experience leading products or technical solutions from discovery and requirements definition through implementation, deployment, and post-launch stabilization.

  • 3+ years of experiencepartnering with business stakeholders to translate complex needs into clear product requirements, priorities, and execution plans.

  • 3+ years of experienceworking in Agile delivery environments using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

  • Demonstrated success working closely with engineering, data science, ML, architecture, and business teams to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions.

  • Experience managing cross-functional delivery across multiple regions and time zones withstrong communication, alignment, and execution discipline.

  • Experience delivering solutions in enterprise environments with requirements for security, governance, compliance, reliability, and scale is highly valued.

  • 1+yearof hands-on experiencewith Python, SQL, or technical prototyping is preferred.

  • Experience supporting 0-to-1 products, pilots, MVPs, or scale-up initiatives is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong ability to translate business problems into structured product requirements, prioritized backlogs, and actionable delivery plans.

  • Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, model lifecycle management, and modern AI product delivery practices.

  • Technical fluency with tools and technologies such as Python, SQL, Databricks,MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-based delivery patterns.

  • Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms and services such as Azure AI, Azure Foundry, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and related AI or automation technologies.

  • Strong knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or similar approaches.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage ambiguity, make sound decisions, and drive execution with speed and discipline.

  • Understanding of Responsible AI, data governance, security, and compliance considerations in enterprise product delivery.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product value, risks, and progress.
