Job Description

Actividades y responsabilidades principales:

  • Procesar las órdenes de compra de clientes y resolver cualquier inconsistencia de ellas contra lo establecido en los procedimientos de BD (Calidad de la Orden) (información requerida, números de cliente, fechas de entrega, etc) utilizando el Sistema local establecido para formalizar su solicitud internamente y continuar con procesos logísticos.
  • Controlar y dar seguimiento a los procesos y flujos de trabajo asociados al ciclo del pedido, asegurando su correcta ejecución y coordinación con las áreas involucradas.
  •  Proporcionar la documentación necesaria (Orden de Compra, Carta de Instrucción, Planificación de entrega etc.) al Centro de Distribución para hacer los embarques en tiempo utilizando el sistema establecido, asegurando la entregar efectiva.
  •  Accesar a diferentes portales de medios electrónicos (Internet o Intranet) para la identificación de Ordenes de Compra de clientes para su procesamiento en sistema establecidos.
  •  Atender de manera oportuna las solicitudes y/o consultas de las diferentes áreas (comercial, comex, etc) y de clientes en relación a estado de las ordenes de compra, pedidos ingresados, notas de crédito, fechas de embarque, precios u otro proceso de la venta.
  • Realizar reportes de desempeño y KPIs de actividades que ayuden al control y administración del procesamiento del pedido.
  • Resguardar la documentación de la orden para mantener el histórico de las transacciones efectuadas de acuerdo a procedimiento para garantizar las operaciones de acuerdo a las normas SOX e ISO.
  • Gestionar y controlar procedimientos operativos de distintos países, colaborando en la inducción, capacitación y acompañamiento de nuevos asociados, promoviendo la estandarización de procesos y la integración efectiva al equipo.

Descripción adicional de puesto

  • Formación academica deseada: Título profesional relacionada en carreras administrativas (comercial, logistica, contable o afin).
  • Experiencia Laboral: Desde 1 - 2 años, de experiencia en áreas de servicio al cliente o áreas administrativas,  en procesos relacionados con la Venta y con logistica, en donde pudo trabajar en conceptos como:  Ordenes de Compra, Pedidos, Facturacion,  Notas Credito, Guias, Stock, Reclamos,  Atencion al Cliente.
  • Nivel de idioma: Portugues, nivel intermedio/avanzado (Excluyente).
  • Manejo de Herramientas: Office avanzado.
  • Manejo de sistema contable (ERP), deseable SAP.
