Job Description

Overview

The Senior Program Manager, Chief Revenue Office (CRO) Human Resources (HR) Strategy Operations drives priority programs that strengthen commercial capability and workforce effectiveness. You’re passionate about people and building a career in HR. You will run end-to-end program/project management, governance, and analytics to deliver measurable outcomes.

Reporting to the VP HR – Commercial & Innovation (dotted line to the Director, BD Excellence CRO), you work across COEs, HRBPs, and Shared Services to establish operating rhythms, performance tracking, and executive-ready insights, often without direct authority.

Responsibilities:

Program/Project Management, Governance & Analytics

  • Shepherd the roadmap for talent/capability priorities and translate strategy into charters, workstreams, milestones, risks, and measurable outcomes.

  • Run governance (intake/prioritization, capacity, action plans) and the operating cadence for CRO HR initiatives.

  • Lead planning cycles and business reviews; define/track action items/KPIs and provide concise readouts on progress, risks, and decisions needed, using AI-enabled analysis/automation to create efficiencies

Cross-Functional Influence & Communication

  • Serve as a Strategy & Operations connector across HR (COEs/HRBPs), Commercial Leadership, Finance, Sales Operations, Marketing, and business partners.

  • Influence senior stakeholders through structured problem solving, fact-based trade-offs, and clear recommendations that align talent, incentives, and capability investments to business priorities.

  • Create executive-ready materials (one-pagers, updates, decision memos) that synthesize data into options, implications, and decisions; surface risks/dependencies and help unblock execution.

  • Lead improvement sprints and workshops (onboarding, performance, incentives, learning) and deliver practical outputs—updated playbooks, metrics, and action plans.

Change Leadership & Execution

  • Lead change initiatives end-to-end, embedding disciplined program management and continuous improvement.

  • Build accountability and learning agility by defining expectations, measurement, and review routines that reinforce execution.

  • Coordinate across the HR operating model (COEs/HRBPs/Shared Services) to ensure clear ownership, SLAs, and handoffs.

  • Use data to identify capability/process gaps and turn findings into simple execution plans, standard work, and dashboards.

  • Streamline HR and commercial enablement processes using CI methods (e.g., Kaizen, PSP, Standard Work) to reduce cycle time and improve service levels

  • Work core Eastern Time hours and flex as needed

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field required

  • Minimum 2+ years in program/project management and/or analytics (i.e., Strategy & Operations, Commercial Operations, HR transformation, CI) required

  • Lean/CI certification preferred

  • Strong analytics (advanced Excel; Power BI preferred) and data storytelling experience required; highly familiar using AI to drive efficiency/time savings with concrete examples

  • Experience collaborating effectively in a matrixed organization across HR and commercial partners required

  • Ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured plans, simple metrics, and stakeholder alignment required

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong program/project management with a bias for action; able to manage workstreams, risks, dependencies, and timelines

  • Translate people strategy into business outcomes using simple metrics, governance, and operating model thinking

  • AI fluency: proficient with modern AI enabled productivity to apply responsibly to accelerate insights and execution

  • Structured, data-driven problem solver (Lean/A3/DMAIC/Pareto) with systems thinking

  • Clear, concise communication (PowerPoint and writing) and facilitation skills; able to turn analysis into decision-ready narratives

  • High learning agility; comfortable in ambiguity and able to simplify and scale solutions

  • Trusted partner with strong influencing skills and financial/ROI mindset; able to align stakeholders and drive adoption with integrity and credibility
