Job Description

Actividades y responsabilidades principales:

Procesar órdenes de compra de bienes y servicios indirectos, asegurando la correcta documentación y seguimiento, en los tiempos establecidos .
Colaborar con los usuarios internos para entender sus necesidades de compra y convertirlas en requisitos claros.
Envío de la orden de compras al proveedor y confirmación de recibimiento de la oc según parámetros definidos en política de la compañía.
Será responsable de la gestión para el ingreso de facturas a través de los canales establecidos, realizará el seguimiento diario de las facturas ingresadas y registradas para su pago.
Seguimiento de las OC´s pendientes en el sistema y no facturados por los proveedores.
Organizar los archivos de documentos vinculados a las tareas desarrolladas.
Validar la información contenida en la factura versus la Orden de Compra referida o Matriz de Proveedores FT
Participar en la resolución de problemas relacionados con pedidos, entregas y facturación.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos internos de compras.
Generar reportes básicos sobre el estado de las compras indirectas.

Formación académica y experiencia previa:

Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Comercio Exterior o campo relacionado.
Experiencia previa de al menos 1 año en roles similares, preferentemente en compras indirectas.
Conocimiento de sistemas ERP (deseable SAP).
Dominio intermedio de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Habilidades de comunicación efectiva y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
Orientación al detalle y capacidad analítica.
Proactividad y habilidad para resolver problemas.
Deseable Portugues Intermedio
