Job Description

Dans le cadre du développement de nouveaux dispositifs médicaux et de l’évolution de produits existants, nous recherchons un Ingénieur R&D Senior pour renforcer nos équipes.
Vous interviendrez sur l’ensemble du cycle de vie produit et apporterez également votre expertise aux projets de support à la production, notamment lors de changements industriels.

Responsabilités principales :

Piloter et planifier les activités techniques des projets R&D en garantissant le respect des objectifs Qualité, Coût et Délai.
Traduire les besoins clients et utilisateurs en spécifications techniques et fonctionnelles afin de proposer des solutions performantes et innovantes.
Développer, maintenir et capitaliser une expertise produit et technologique, en intégrant les contraintes technico‑économiques.
Contribuer au développement de nouveaux produits ainsi qu’à l’évolution et à l’optimisation des dispositifs existants.
Assurer la validation et la qualification des produits conformément aux normes internationales et aux politiques BD.
Identifier, analyser et suivre les risques projets, en évaluant leurs impacts sur la qualité, les coûts et les délais, et en proposant des actions correctives.
Garantir la planification R&D et la fourniture de l’ensemble des livrables attendus aux différents jalons projets.
Résoudre les problématiques techniques complexes et contribuer à une démarche de veille et d’amélioration continue des processus et compétences.
Intervenir en support aux projets de production, notamment dans le cadre de changements industriels.
Représenter le rôle « One‑Voice R&D » au sein des équipes projet, participer aux revues projets et animer les revues techniques en garantissant la maturité des livrables.

Profil recherché:

Issu(e) d’une formation d’Ingénieur à dominante technique (système mécanique, mecanique/conception, matériaux, mécatronique, …).
Vous avez une expérience réussie dans le développement de produits techniques pluridisciplinaires d'au moins 5 ans.
Vous avez une expérience en coordination de projet et/ou en développement produit dans le cadre de vos études / stage
La maîtrise de l’anglais est indispensable.
Une expérience acquise dans le domaine de l’industrie médicale / pharmaceutique est un plus.
Vous possédez d’excellentes aptitudes pour les relations interpersonnelles, la communication et le travail d'équipe. Vous savez allier rigueur et souplesse, êtes curieux(se) et désireux(se) d'intégrer des équipes exigeantes résolument orientée client pour conforter votre expertise et la partager.
Leadership, rigueur, pragmatisme, curiosité technique et qualités de communication seront des éléments clés de votre réussite dans ce poste.

Fourchette de rémunération du poste : 45 000 à 55 000 EUR / an
