Job Description

• Provide administrative support to two Vice Presidents within GSC
• Manage complex agendas, travel arrangements, and expense reports
• Organize meetings (virtual and face‑to‑face)
• Ensure governance documentation and materials on SharePoint are kept up to date and well maintained

• Support the broader ISC Eysins team with administrative and operational tasks
• Create Purchase Orders for ISC
• Set up new suppliers for ISC in the relevant systems
• Act as a backup for other ISC assistants when needed
• Provide additional support for face‑to‑face meetings during periods of exceptionally high meeting intensity

• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, constantly evolving environment
• Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to manage change effectively
• Motivated by new challenges and continuous improvement
• Enjoys working with multiple stakeholders
• Will work with stakeholders across a global organization and in a multicultural environment
• English is the main working language
