Job Description
Main responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings, improve supplier performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the end-to-end procurement cycle, including vendor selection, discussion of contracts, purchase order processing, and supplier relationship management.
- Identify and evaluate new suppliers, products, and services to meet evolving business needs.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations and maintenance of all company facilities, including office spaces, laboratories, and warehouses.
- Develop and implement facility maintenance programs, preventive maintenance schedules, and emergency response plans.
- Handle external contractors and service providers for cleaning, security, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other facility-related services.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
- Handle space planning, office moves, and renovations projects. Find opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements in facilities budget
- Supervise the team of procurement and facilities personnel. Set performance objectives, conduct performance reviews, and provide mentorship and development opportunities.
About you
- Minimum of 5 years of dynamic experience in procurement and/or facilities management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Confirmed experience in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
- Strong understanding of facility operations, maintenance, and relevant safety regulations.
- Proven ability to handle budgets and control costs effectively.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is required.
Salary range for this role 57000€ - 65000€
