Job Description

Reporting to the Business Director, BDSpecimen ManagementCanada, the Senior Marketing Manageris responsible forleading the BD Specimen Management (SM) marketing team.  Developing and executing strategy on marketing plans,short and long termstrategy and financial planning, pricing policy, promotional activity etc. 

Job responsibilities:

• Lead BD SM Canada Marketing team – coaching and developing team on marketing competencies, collaborating on teams individual Platforms and marketing deliverables 
• Develop and implement the BD SM strategic marketing plan and ongoing marketing programs
• Responsible for developing multi-year business strategy and business plans
• Work with Sales Leader, Account Managers and SCDs across Canada to drive sales of BD SM products and services
• Represent the Canadian region as a member of the BD SM Global Marketing Council and the BD SM business on the Canadian Marketing Council
• Ensure Canadian sales team hasappropriate marketingplan and tools for selling
• Ensure Canadian requirements are clearly communicated to WW Business via the Market Segment Leaders and other key stakeholders
• Plan and execute new product and service launches
• Coordinate Annual Financial Budgets and Quarterly Projections
• Represent Marketing on the BD SM Canada management team
• Manage Portfolios for BD SM Canada

Education and Experience required:
