It takes the imagination and passion of all of us—from design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per year—to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities.
Job Description
Join our new European Sales Training & Capability Academy and play a key role in creating and shaping how commercial teams across BD learn, develop and perform.
As a Sales Enablement & Capability Trainer, you’ll be part of a new team of five colleagues based across Europe, enabling us to deliver high-quality, in-language training tailored to our local markets.
You’ll deliver engaging sales training and coaching across Europe, helping customer-facing teams and managers turn methodologies, tools and insights into confident, impactful customer interactions.
This is an exciting opportunity to combine facilitation, coaching, sales excellence, digital learning, data and AI-enabled tools in a highly visible European role, while helping to build the future of our European Sales Training & Capability Academy.
Travel: Approximately 30% across Europe
What you’ll do
- Deliver engaging in-person, virtual and blended sales training across Europe.
- Facilitate learning for sales teams, and other customer-facing roles, and frontline sales managers.
- Translate sales methodologies and commercial tools into practical, real-world customer scenarios.
- Support managers with coaching tools and reinforcement activities to embed learning in the field.
- Partner with Sales Leaders, Commercial Excellence and cross-functional teams to ensure training meets local business needs.
- Use learner feedback, assessment and adoption data to identify capability gaps and improve learning impact.
- Share best practices and help create and shape a consistent European Sales Training & Capability Academy.
What you’ll bring
- Strong experience in sales training, commercial capability, facilitation or learning & development.
- Excellent facilitation and coaching skills, both face-to-face and virtually.
- Experience working with or supporting customer-facing teams in a complex, consultative environment.
- Fluent English, at least one additional European language would be a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management skills in an international, matrix environment.
- Confidence using digital learning, data and AI-enabled tools.
- Experience with sales methodologies or direct customer-facing experience is a strong advantage.
- MedTech or healthcare experience is a plus, not a requirement.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30% across Europe.
Salary range: £60,000 - 79,800 + bonus + benefits
Why join us?
You’ll join a new European team of five, spread across Europe, designed to bring training closer to our markets through local, in-language delivery.
More than simply delivering existing programs, you’ll have the opportunity to create and shape our European Sales Training & Capability Academy, influence how we build commercial capabilities across multiple markets and create learning that delivers real impact in the field.
If you’re passionate about developing people, commercial excellence and turning learning into commercial impact, we’d love to hear from you.
Why Join Us?
