LE DEPARTEMENT

Sous la supervision du responsable Market Access, vous intégrerez l’unité BD Interventional (BDI). BDI est un acteur mondial reconnu pour ses solutions innovantes en oncologie, urologie, chirurgie et vasculaire.

VOTRE MISSION

Cette opportunité d'apprentissage d'une durée d'un an vous permettra de découvrir les enjeux stratégiques liés à l'accès au marché des dispositifs médicaux.

Vos missions principales, en collaboration avec le responsable Market Access seront :

-     Définir et optimiser les stratégies d’accès au marché de nos produits ;

-     Préparer et rédiger des dossiers en vue d’obtenir une prise en charge / un remboursement pour nos dispositifs ;

-     Devenir un expert du financement des dispositifs médicaux en ville et à l’hôpital ;

-     Collaborer avec les équipes internes (Marketing, Ventes, Médical, Finance, Réglementaire,…) et des interlocuteurs externes (médecins, consultants,…) pour lever les freins à l’accès des dispositifs BD pour les patients ;

-     Assurer une veille environnementale afin d’anticiper les évolutions du marché ;

-     Développer des outils (calculatrices, modèles,…) pour démontrer la valeur des produits BD et soutenir nos approches commerciales ;

-     Générer des données et démontrer la valeur de nos dispositifs à partir d’analyses sur des bases de données de santé et d’analyses de littérature.

VOTRE PROFIL

Formation :  Etudiant(e) en Master 2 (économie de la santé), avec une formation de Docteur en Pharmacie ou d’Economiste.

Aptitudes :

-        Caractère analytique (bonne capacité d'analyse et de synthèse, attrait pour les analyses chiffrées) ;

-        Bonnes qualités rédactionnelles ;

-        Autonomie, rigueur et esprit d'équipe ;

-        Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais (B2) ;

-        Maîtrise du Pack Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) ;

-        Aisance orale et écrite, bon relationnel ;

-        Motivé(e), curieux/se et organisé(e).

En intégrant BD, vous pourrez développer : :

o    vos compétences techniques
o    votre capacité à évoluer dans un contexte international 
o    votre autonomie

Vous serez amené(e) à :

o    être en contact permanent avec des managers

o    être force de proposition
