Job Responsibilities:

• As you engage in medical writing to support scientific exchange with health care providers, this will include both on and off-label conversations, supporting responses to regulatory inquiries and/or documentation, and drafting of manuscripts for peer reviewed publications.
• Prepare standard reports/documentation to communicate results to technical and clinical community (e.g., Journal clubs), among others.
• You will develop and apply scientificexpertiseto advance clinical practice, collaborating with external stakeholders to co-create solutions for improved patient care.
• As an example, you will support the design and implementation of ongoing training for sales, marketing, and medical affairs teammember.

Education and Experience required:

• You must be currently enrolled in a qualifying undergraduate program (Bachelor’s)or graduate program (Master’s).Qualifying studiesincludes:Lifesciences, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Laboratory Medicine, Pre-Medical or Medical, Public Health University Program.
• Eligible candidates must be on track to graduate in 2026 or 2027 from an accredited university.
• Must be in good academic standing pursuing their degree (transcript may berequired), combined with the ability to work from May 11 to August 21, 2026.  

Skills and Knowledge required:

• Sound understanding of medical terminology and medical scientific writing skills
• Ability to collect, analyze, and present clinical data.
• Effective communication and presentation skills and ability to interact with varying clinical and management leaders, ability to teach clinical data to audiences of varying size.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools, (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Strong listening, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Ability to prioritize assignments. Strong time management skills.
• Ability to work independently, with minimal guidance and supervision.
• Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in the medical technology industry and/or experience working with clients/patients in hospital, innursing, laboratory medicine, public health or biomedical engineering is an asset.
