Vous êtes analytique, autonome et motivé par l’idée de contribuer à la performance d’une organisation mondiale en pleine croissance ? Rejoignez la plateforme WW ADDS (Advanced Deliveries Drug System) au sein de la Business Unit Pharmaceutical Systems, où vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’analyse financière et le pilotage stratégique d’un portefeuille innovant. En tant que véritable business partner, vous accompagnerez les équipes internationales dans leurs décisions, en apportant une vision claire, structurée et orientée amélioration continue. Sous la supervision du Finance Leader ADDS, vous serez responsable du suivi de la performance, de la fiabilité des analyses et de la qualité des recommandations.

Nous recherchons un talent avec 2 à 5 ans d’expérience, curieux, proactif, doté d’un excellent sens analytique et à l’aise dans les environnements complexes et matriciels. Si vous aimez comprendre les process, challenger l’existant et proposer des solutions concrètes, ce rôle vous permettra de vous développer tout en ayant un impact direct sur la stratégie globale. Un anglais courant et une maîtrise avancée d’Excel/SAP/BPC/Power BI sont indispensables pour réussir dans cette fonction.

 Vos missions clés :

Pilotage stratégique & analyse financière

• Consolider les données de ventes et de marge standard issues des régions.
• Fournir projections, analyses et recommandations à l’échelle plateforme / segments thérapeutiques / lignes produits stratégiques.
• Alimenter les décisions business et portfolio grâce à une vision financière claire et structurée.

Support au pilotage de la plateforme WW ADDS

• Contribuer aux cycles de reporting, forecast, budget et ASR.
• Collaborer étroitement avec les Business Directors, contrôleurs régionaux et équipes FP&A.
• Valider les hypothèses supply & demand, analyser les écarts vs engagements financiers.
• Comparer la performance interne aux tendances marché externes.
• Préparer les analyses mensuelles et les réconciliations intégrées.

Projets & amélioration continue

• Participer activement aux projets Finance et initiatives d’harmonisation des processus.
• Développer ou optimiser des outils de reporting et d’analyse (Excel, Power BI, BPC…).
• Conduire des analyses ad hoc et projets spéciaux pour soutenir la prise de décision.

 Votre profil

• Diplômé(e) d’un Master (BAC+5) en Finance/Contrôle de gestion.
• 2 à 5 ans d’expérience maximum en finance ou comptabilité, idéalement en environnement international et matriciel.
• Excellentes capacités d’analyse et de synthèse, aisance dans la communication avec des interlocuteurs variés, y compris senior management.
• Maîtrise avancée d’Excel, SAP, BPC et Power BI.
• Professionnel(le) autonome, proactif(ve), organisé(e), orienté(e) process et amélioration continue.
• Très bon relationnel, sens des responsabilités, esprit d’équipe.
• Anglais courant indispensable.

 Fourchette de Rémunération :45–50k€ annuel fixe, selon profil et expérience.
