Job Description

Responsabilités principales:

• Développer les ventes du portefeuille Peripheral Interventions BD, incluant les pathologies vasculaires périphériques, l’insuffisance rénale terminale, la maladie veineus et les ports
• Atteindre les objectifs commerciaux définis pour la région
• Mettre en œuvre les activités commerciales : lancements de nouveaux produits, démonstrations, formations clients et négociations contractuelles
• Assurer la formation et le support aux utilisateurs finaux des produits
• Développer et entretenir des relations durables avec les clients et partenaires hospitaliers
• Analyser les tendances du marché, la concurrence et les besoins clients, et en assurer un reporting structuré
• Représenter BD lors de congrès, conférences et événements professionnels pertinents
• Assurer une mise à jour rigoureuse et qualitative des données dans l’outil CRM Salesforce

Profil recherché

• 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en vente, idéalement dans le secteur de la santé (dispositifs médicaux, pharmaceutique ou technologie médicale)
• Connaissance ou bonne compréhension de l’environnement hospitalier ; une expérience clinique constitue un atout
• Expérience dans le lancement de nouveaux produits ou marques sur le marché
• Niveau Bachelor ou Bachelier professionnalisant, avec une bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellente maîtrise du français et bonne connaissance de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit

• Bonnes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
