Job Description

Sie sind verantwortlich für die Analyse und Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse in der Diagnostikaaufbereitung, der Abfüllung und der Verpackung. Im Rahmen von Anlagenqualifizierungen und Prozessvalidierungen arbeiten Sie eng mit der Qualitätssicherung und dem Project Engineering zusammen. Desweitern arbeiten sie eng mit der R&D Abteilung bzgl. Neuprodukteinführung und Produktverbesserungen.

Weitere Aufgaben:

• Eigenständige Durchführung von Verbesserungsprojekten

• Initiieren, Durchführen und Abschließen von Change Controls

• Erstellen von FMEAs

• Analysieren von Kundenreklamationen und Produktabweichungen

• Selbständige Durchführung von Testläufen oder DOEs

Über Sie

Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium als Ingenieur, Bachelor oder Master der Fachrichtung Verfahrenstechnik, Chemietechnik oder Bioingenieurwesen bzw. alternativ eine vergleichbare Qualifikation technischer Ausrichtung (z. B. eine Ausbildung zum Techniker) mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung.

Weiterhin verfügen Sie über:

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Produktion

• Kenntnisse der modernen Fertigungsmethoden (Verpackung- & Abfülltechnik) für Flüssigmedien

• Hohe verfahrenstechnische Kompetenz

• Kenntnisse in GMP Richtlinien

• Fließende Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

• Optimalerweise bereits Erfahrung mit SAP
