As a result of the combination of the BD Biosciences and Diagnostic Solutions business with Waters Corporation (NYSE: WAT), by applying to this role, you will be applying for a position with Waters. 職務概要

BDの臨床機器およびFlowJo製品ラインに関する包括的な製品戦略とマーケティングプランを、日本市場において策定・実行します。グローバル戦略とローカル市場ニーズを調和させ、事業成長を推進する役割です。

業務内容

  • 日本市場における臨床機器およびFlowJo製品ラインの製品戦略・マーケティングプランを策定・実行し、グローバル戦略との整合性を確保する
  • 市場調査、競合分析、顧客セグメンテーションを行い、新たなビジネス機会や未充足ニーズを特定し、製品開発やマーケティング施策に反映する
  • 製品ライフサイクル全般の管理(コンセプト策定から発売、終売まで)、予測、価格設定、販促、在庫管理を担当
  • 営業、テクニカルサポート、臨床アプリケーションチームと連携し、製品トレーニングや営業ツールの開発、顧客対応を支援
  • 新製品のローンチをリードし、ローンチプランやマーケティング資料、社内外向けトレーニング資料を作成
  • 製品のパフォーマンスをモニタリングし、売上データを分析して、収益・利益目標達成に向けた改善策を提案
  • 日本市場とグローバルR&D・マーケティングチームの主要な窓口として、ローカルニーズを提言し、グローバル戦略に貢献
  • 関連する法規制および社内ポリシーを遵守する
  • KOL(キーオピニオンリーダー)、顧客、業界パートナーとの関係を構築・維持し、インサイトを収集してBDソリューションの推進に活用する

応募資格

  • 理系学士号(生物学、バイオメディカルエンジニアリング、臨床検査学など)必須
    • MBAをお持ちの方は尚可
  • 医療機器、診断薬、ライフサイエンス業界におけるプロダクトマネジメント、マーケティング、または関連する商業職での5年以上の経験
  • フローサイトメトリー機器やFlowJoソフトウェアに関する経験をお持ちの方を歓迎
  • 製品戦略やマーケティングプランの策定・実行における実績
  • 市場データ、財務指標、顧客フィードバックを分析できる高い分析力
  • 優れたコミュニケーション力、プレゼンテーション力、対人スキルを持ち、社内外のステークホルダーをリードできる方
  • 国内外への出張が可能な方
  • 自発的に行動し、結果志向で、オーナーシップと責任感を持って業務を遂行できる方
