Job Description
Actividades y responsabilidades principales:
- Seguimiento e identificación de valores que no se encuentran en sistema, minimizando errores.
- Tener la visualización de los extractos bancarios, para identificarlos e ingresarlos a sistema contable
- (ERP).
- Participar activamente en los cierres contables, mediante la verificación de la información prestada por
- los bancos (que no existan valores pendientes sin identificar-ingresar o afectar).
- Búsqueda y propuesta de mejora de los procesos asignados.
- Gestión de cobranzas vía escrita y telefónica.
- Generar reporte de CXC de los clientes para la gestión en forma diaria.
- Alimentar información de las gestiones en plataforma de CXC.
Descripción adicional de puesto
- Formación académica deseada: Carreras técnicas o Instituto Comercial relacionadas a contabilidad o administración.
- Experiencia laboral deseada: De 0 a 2 años de experiencia en áreas contables o administrativas.
- Manejo de Herramientas informáticas: Office intermedio.
- Inglés básico (Deseable)
- Conocimientos con sistemas ERP, deseable SAP.
