About the Role

• The BP&A BU Analyst actively contributes to building a high‑performing BP&A analyst community through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
• Support onboarding and training of new joiners, acting as a buddy or SME for tools, systems, and standard BP&A processes
• Provide back‑up coverage within the analyst pool, ensuring continuity of reporting and planning activities during absences or peak cycles
• Contribute to standardization initiatives across BUs and countries (templates, reporting logic, process documentation)
• Participate in or lead automation and efficiency projects (e.g. Power BI enhancements, reporting simplification, data validation improvements)
• Share best practices and lessons learned across the BP&A analyst community to improve quality, consistency, and timeliness of outputs
• Actively demonstrate BP&A values and ways of working, including attention to detail, ownership, and proactive problem‑solving

Business Responsibility: 

• Prepare standard, recurring, and ad‑hoc financial reporting to support BU performance management
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytics, highlighting key trends and drivers
• Perform variance analysis versus PRJ, BUD, and prior periods and support performance commentary
• Support planning and forecasting cycles (PRJ, BUD, ASR) through accurate data preparation and analysis
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial systems (e.g. BPC/FSM, ONCA, inventory, adjustments)
• Maintain supporting files such as headcount tracking and master data, in line with governance standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Business Planning & Analysis, Controlling, or a similar finance role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into business recommendations
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with Power BI, including dashboard development and data visualization
• Experience supporting planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting processes
• Knowledge of financial systems and reporting tools such as SAP, BPC, FSM, or similar platforms is preferred
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and quality
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-finance audiences
• Fluent English, both written and verbal
• Experience in process improvement, automation initiatives, or reporting standardization is considered an advantage
