Job Description
Funciones y Responsabilidades Generales
Revisa y tiene autoridad de aprobación de Ingeniería de Calidad para especificaciones de proceso/diseño nuevos y modificados, incluidas especificaciones de rendimiento del producto, métodos de prueba, etc. Proporciona capacitación a los equipos de desarrollo de productos y equipos de mejora continua sobre las mejores prácticas. Desarrolla protocolos de validación complejos basados en las necesidades, estrategias y requisitos del negocio y de la operación. Asegurándose de que los programas de validación y desarrollo de productos cumplan con los requisitos de la FDA e ISO según aplique. Lidera la ejecución de problemas de material no conforme especialmente complejos (Notificación de calidad), identifica y lidera cambios para mejorar los procesos que resultan consistentemente en un control efectivo y operaciones eficientes. Lidera la determinación de causa raíz e implementación efectiva de acciones correctivas/preventivas. Competente en todas las áreas del proceso CAPA. Modifica metodologías y procedimientos, asegurando la mejora continua de los resultados deseados. Realiza/lidera auditorías del Sistema de Calidad. Proporciona información para la revisión de la gestión. Lidera actividades de gestión de riesgos, incluidas revisiones de gestión de riesgos, análisis de riesgos, actualización/mantenimiento del análisis de peligros de procesos y presentaciones ante la junta de Gestión de Riesgos. Proporciona consultas a los equipos de productos sobre estrategias para cumplir con los requisitos regulatorios (locales e internacionales), corporativos y de segmento aplicables. Genera reportes de métricos, analiza tendencias y escala situaciones de riesgo.
Roles y Responsabilidades Especificas
Coordina el análisis de la información de la calidad y lidera ajustes al proceso de manufactura, equipo y sistemas de calidad. Coordina/lidera la revisión y disposición de material no conforme en la junta de revisiones “MRB” y ordenes de cambio de ingeniería además da el seguimiento a acciones correctivas. Lidera la implementación de controles de proceso, inspección y prueba en puntos estratégicos de producción. Desarrolla estudios de capacidad del proceso en las líneas y métodos de prueba (TMV’s/MSA). Realiza/lidera auditorías internas y externas. Tiene autoridad para revisar y aprobar documentos controlados por el sistema de control de cambios. Escala situaciones críticas o de riesgo a la Gerencia. Lidera actividades de acuerdo con sus funciones a la transferencia de productos o modificaciones a partes, materiales y procesos, así como en la implementación de nuevos productos.
Adicionalmente, participa en otras actividades de trabajo en apoyo a los diversos objetivos estratégicos de la compañía.
