Job Description
- Determina objetivos y metas de calidad de proveedores, las cuales deberá definirlas en especificaciones, dibujos y procedimientos de prueba para componentes.
- Da soporte con la disposición de Material No-conformante con las especificaciones predeterminadas por la compañía coordinando acciones con el proveedor en caso de no conformancias relacionadas con un material recibido.
- Colabora en investigaciones de falla, acciones correctivas y preventivas para componentes con fallas
- localizadas a nivel de Inspección de Recibo, en Proceso y Producto Terminado y Quejas de Clientes que estén relacionadas con fallas en componentes recibidos de proveedor.
- Genera planes de inspección de partes nuevas.
- Realiza revisiones de Proveedores, evalúa comportamiento de proveedores, comunica y propone plan de mejora.
- Colabora la validación de los métodos de medición y planes de control para componentes entre proveedor y BD.
- Publica e informa mensualmente tendencia de la calidad de proveedores y trabaja en planes de acción para minimizar las tendencias.
- Participa en la revisión y disposición de material no conforme en la junta de revisiones “MRB” y órdenes de cambio de ingeniería además da el seguimiento a acciones correctivas relacionadas con proveedores.
- Analiza la información de la calidad (BD-Proveedores) y recomienda ajustes a diseño del producto, procesos de manufactura, equipo y sistemas de calidad.
- Realiza y participa órdenes de cambio de ingeniería relacionados a componentes.
Requisitos:
- 4 a 5 años en puestos similares
- Titulo universitario (indispensable) en; Ingeniería Afin.
- Ingles conversacional Avanzado.
- Experiencia en industria médica (deseable)
- Poseer fuertes habilidades de organización.
- Habilidad para trabajar con todos los niveles de la organización.
- Empatía para relacionarse con proveedores.
- Amplia experiencia en el manejo de estadística descriptiva.
- Conocimiento de moldeo, técnicas de auditorías y métodos de control de proceso en la industria.
- Conocimiento de computación comercial (Windows; Word, Excel, Access,Minitab, power point).
