Responsibilities
Operate multiple processes on high-speed automated or semi-automated manufacturing equipment.
Participate in all equipment changeovers or setups.
Monitor assigned processes to ensure high-quality production.
Remove defective product from automated or semi-automated processes.
Conduct on-the-job training for other associates.
Participate in self-directed work responsibilities including attendance, scheduling, compliance audits, etc.
Maintain equipment and cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and wiping down equipment.
Maintain open communication to ensure timely resolution of problems or changes.
Maintain records and documentation as required.
Determine the cause of quality issues and take appropriate action per task documents.
Perform Process Control Operator duties as needed.
Work overtime as required by the department.
Actively participate in Continuous Improvement activities including 5S, blitzes, Shift Start-up, and updating PVD boards.
Continuously improve through the KAS program, meeting departmental goals.
Comply with all local, state, federal, and BD safety regulations, including RCRA Hazardous Waste regulations.
Comply with BD quality policies and procedures through consistent application of sound quality assurance principles.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements
High school diploma or GED.
Effective written and oral communication skills (English), basic math skills, and interpersonal skills.
1–2 years of manufacturing/production experience preferred.
Good dexterity and coordination required.
