Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on HR Generalist to join our Iberia Human Resources team, reporting directly to the HR Manager Iberia (Spain & Portugal). This role offers an exciting opportunity to support a broad range of HR activities while partnering with managers and employees across the organization to deliver an outstanding employee experience.

As part of a dynamic and international environment, the successful candidate will play an important role in both day-to-day HR operations and key business initiatives. This includes supporting the ongoing integration of employees, processes, and HR operations into Waters following the Waters-BD transaction, helping to ensure a smooth transition and contributing to the success of a major organizational transformation.

This position is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced multinational environment, thrives on building relationships, and is eager to contribute to both operational excellence and strategic HR projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, HR documentation, and employee support.
• Manage and coordinate operational HR processes such as time tracking, attendance administration, leave management, HR data maintenance, and collaboration with Payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Play a key role in the integration of employees, processes, and HR operations into Waters following the Waters-BD transaction, supporting change management initiatives, employee communications, and cross-functional integration projects.
• Partner with managers and employees to provide HR guidance, support HR projects, drive process improvements, and contribute to a positive employee experience within a dynamic multinational organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations, Law, or a related field.
• 2- 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Operations, or similar Human Resources role, preferably within multinational organizations and fast-paced environments.
• Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken) are mandatory. Additional languages are highly valued, particularly Italian.
• Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and support employees and managers through periods of change and business transformation.

Salary range for this role: 27000€ - 33000€
