Market Development Manager, Upstream Marketingは、マーケットアクセスの最大化と新製品ローンチの成功を主導し、事業成長に直結する戦略的な役割を担います。市場導入戦略の策定から実行、主要プロジェクトのリードまで、事業部の成長に大きなインパクトを与えるポジションです。医療現場・患者様への貢献を実感しながらキャリアを築ける重要な機会です。
今後の事業部ビジネスの発展のため、新規に本ポジションを募集いたします。
業務内容
- マーケットアクセス最大化に向けた戦略プロジェクトの企画・推進・実行
- 重点製品の導入および市場拡大を目的としたビジネスプランの策定・提案・実行
- パイプライン製品および新製品の日本市場導入に向けた評価・戦略立案・推進
- 事業成長に貢献する各種アドホックプロジェクトの企画・遂行
- 主要プロジェクトの進捗管理、ガバナンスの確立、およびクロスファンクショナル連携の推進
- プロジェクト推進を加速させるためのツール・アプローチ・フレームワークの導入・改善提案
- グローバル、APAC、およびBD/Medicon Japanの主要ステークホルダーと連携し、新製品導入に必要な体制・支援の確保
必須経験
- 医療機器業界におけるマーケティングまたはプロダクトマネジメントの経験を5年以上有すること
- 製品上市(ローンチ)および商業化の実績を有すること
- ビジネスプランおよびビジネスケースの立案・実行に関する実務経験
- KOL(Key Opinion Leader)との関係構築およびエンゲージメントの実務経験
- 大卒以上(学士号以上)

- 戦略的かつ論理的に物事を考え、課題解決に導ける能力
- 新たな戦略・施策・仕組みを企画・構築できる力
- ビジネス視点に基づいた意思決定力
- 社内外ステークホルダーとの高いコミュニケーション力および交渉力
- チームワークを重視し、主体的に協働できる方
- 日本語:ネイティブレベル、英語:ビジネスレベル(グローバル会議でプレゼンできるレベル)
- Microsoft Office(Excel・PowerPoint 等)の実務スキル
