【具体的には】
担当テリトリーにおける新規顧客開拓および既存顧客の深耕を通じ、売上目標の達成に主体的に取り組んでいただきます
- 医師・看護師・院内関係者に対し、自社製品の価値提案、適正使用手順の説明、オペ立ち会いおよびトレーニングの実施を行っていただきます
- 販売代理店と連携しながら、各病院担当者との強固なリレーションを構築し、院内動向や競合情報を的確に把握・活用していただきます
- 新規製品導入においては、説明会の企画・実施などを通じ、導入から定着まで一貫してリードしていただきます
主な担当製品
外科手術領域
- 鼠径ヘルニア修復用メッシュ
- 手術用止血材
採用要件(即戦力・経験者)
- 医療機器メーカーまたは代理店における営業経験
- 外科(Surgery)領域、またはそれに準ずる医療機器製品の担当経験
- 医師との商談経験を有し、臨床現場に即した提案ができる方
- 出張対応が可能な方
- 普通自動車運転免許をお持ちの方(営業車での移動あり)
