Líder de Ventas CCA – Specimen Management:
Responsable de mantener y desarrollar el negocio en la región de Centroamérica y Caribe, mediante la gestión estratégica del canal de distribuidores en mercado público y privado. Define e implementa la estrategia de go to market con enfoque en distribución, coordinando con áreas como Marketing, Regulatorio y Legal para asegurar condiciones de comercialización, incrementar la participación de mercado y garantizar las mejores prácticas en la gestión del canal.
Responsabilidades:
• Diseñar e implementar los planes de comercialización y ventas por país, asegurando el cumplimiento de KPIs y el readiness para comercialización.
• Definir la propuesta de valor y asegurar su correcta ejecución en conjunto con Marketing.
• Gestionar, seleccionar y optimizar el canal de distribuidores, asegurando su desempeño y alineación estratégica.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas y la precisión de los pronósticos (forecast).
• Administrar el funnel de ventas y dar seguimiento a planes de acción comerciales.
• Liderar negociaciones con clientes y distribuidores, incluyendo contratos, inversiones, prioridades y KPI.
• Mantener y fortalecer relaciones comerciales de alto nivel, posicionando a la compañía como un aliado estratégico.
• Impulsar el crecimiento del territorio mediante la identificación y desarrollo de nuevas oportunidades de negocio, con enfoque en expansión regional.
Requisitos:
• Experiencia de 3 a 5 años en roles de liderazgo comercial en Centroamérica y Caribe.
• Experiencia comprobada en manejo de distribuidores y conocimiento del mercado en países clave de la región.
• Título universitario en áreas como administración, mercadotecnia, ciencias de la salud u otras disciplinas afines.
• Experiencia en la industria de dispositivos médicos o sectores relacionados.
• Conocimiento de regulación sanitaria y procesos de compras públicas en Centroamérica.
• Entendimiento de comercio internacional.
• Manejo de CRM (Salesforce u otros) y herramientas de seguimiento comercial.
• Nivel de inglés intermedio.
• Competencias: alta capacidad de análisis de información, negociación efectiva, resiliencia, orientación a resultados, seguimiento, liderazgo de equipos, accountability, autogestión, adaptabilidad cultural y toma de decisiones ágil.
