Job Description
Partenaire de référence de l’industrie pharmaceutique à l’échelle mondiale, BD Biopharma Systems conçoit, fabrique et commercialise des systèmes d’administration de médicaments injectables prêts à remplir.
Nous accompagnons les laboratoires pharmaceutiques et biotechnologiques en leur proposant des solutions innovantes, ainsi que des expertises, ressources et supports tout au long du cycle de vie de leurs produits, depuis la phase de développement jusqu’au lancement sur le marché.
Au sein de l’organisation R&D Worldwide, vous êtes rattaché à votre Chef d’équipe et intégré aux équipes de développement de nouveaux produits (conteneurs et composants associés). À ce titre, vous représentez la fonction R&D en tant que membre clé de l’équipe projet au sein d’une organisation transverse.
Vous portez une double responsabilité :
- Référent technique du projet, vous pilotez le développement de nouveaux produits en garantissant le respect des exigences de design control et des méthodologies DFSS.
- Véritable bras droit du Chef de Projet, vous planifiez, coordonnez et pilotez l’ensemble des activités R&D. Selon la taille et la complexité du projet, vous pouvez être amené à coordonner directement une équipe R&D composée de techniciens, ingénieurs et/ou experts, afin d’assurer le respect des délais, de la qualité et des exigences réglementaires.
Responsabilités principales
- Comprendre les besoins clients et utilisateurs, et les traduire en exigences techniques.
- Concevoir et développer des solutions techniques en suivant les principes DFSS pour la robustesse de la conception
- Assurer qualité et la conformité des nouveaux produits en respectant les standards qualité et règlementaires. Notamment documenter les activités dans le respect du Design Control
- Contribuer à la protection de la propriété intellectuelle de BD
- Définir le plan de développement produit pour les activités R&D (design produit), y compris le budget, les ressources et la planification, et les intégrer avec le chef de projet au plan projet global.
- Réaliser et analyser les essais techniques, en garantissant la qualité des données et la pertinence des conclusions eten formulant des recommandations claires et exploitables.
- Organiser et diriger les revues de conception tout en gérant les risques et problématiques identifiées.
Profil recherché
- Issu d’une formation technique supérieure (ingénieur, master ou doctorat) à orientation mécanique, matériaux, ingénierie biomédicale.
- Expérience de 5 à 8 ans en développement de produits dans un environnement normé et industriel (production moyenne/grande série). Une expérience dans les dispositifs médicaux est un plus (ISO 13485).
- Connaissances des méthodologies type DFSS et gestion statistique de la qualité.
- Expérience en propriété intellectuel (veille, contribution dépôt brevet).
- Anglais courant indispensable pour évoluer dans un contexte international.
Fourchette de rémunération pour le poste : 45100 à 60 000 EUR / an
