Főbb feladatok és felelősségek:
- Gyártósorok napi működésének biztosítása
- Termelési problémák gyors azonosítása és megoldása
- A gyártási utasítások és technológiai előírások betartása
- Termelőgépek és berendezések beállítása, finomhangolása
- Kapcsolattartás a társosztályokkal
- Gyökérokelemzésben való részvétel
- Fejlesztési javaslatok leadása
- Karbantartási tevékenységek támogatása
Elvárt végzettség és tapasztalat:
- Középfokú műszaki végzettség (gépész, mechatronikai, villamos vagy releváns technikusi végzettség)
- Előny: automatizálási környezetben szerzett tapasztalat, kamerarendszerekben szerzett tapasztalat
Szükséges készségek és kompetenciák:
- Problémamegoldó képesség
- Analitikus gondolkodás
- Precizitás és felelősségtudat
- Jó kommunikációs készség
- Csapatmunkára való képesség
- Többműszakos munkarend vállalása
