Job Description Summary
当部門は、“手術を成功に導くあらゆる医師のBuddyになる”をMissionに掲げており、困ったときに頼られる存在になるよう日々努めています。医師、手術室、看護師、院内スタッフに対して自社製品の紹介、また適正使用の手順に関しての説明、オペ立ち合い、トレーニングを行って頂きます。担当テリトリー内で新規顧客を獲得し、売上計画を達成して頂きます。
売上インセンティブ制。継続的に成果を上げて頂ければ早期のマネジメント職への昇格も可能となります。
メインビジネスは手術用局所止血材です。
止血材ビジネスは、外科、婦人科、泌尿器科、整形外科、循環器内科など手術を行う全ての診療科がコールポイントになります。
販売代理店に対して各病院担当者との関係性を構築し、日頃から病院や競合情報を入手するのも重要な職務となります。更に新規製品の導入が円滑に進むように説明会を開催、販売促進なども行っていただきます。
*今後ビジネスの拡大に伴い、止血材以外の製品も扱う可能性があります。
Job Description
採用の目的:
当社止血材製品の営業担当を新規で1名募集いたします。
当部門は、"手術を成功に導くあらゆる医師のBuddyになる"をMissionに掲げており、困ったときに頼られる存在になるよう日々努めています。
主な職務内容:
- 担当テリトリー内で新規顧客を獲得し、売上計画を達成する
- 医師、看護師、院内スタッフに対して自社製品の紹介、また適正使用の手順に関しての説明、トレーニングを行う
- 販売代理店へ訪問し、各病院担当者との関係性を構築し、院内または競合情報を入手する。更に新規製品の導入が円滑に進むように努める。
主な担当製品：
外科手術領域
・止血材
・ヘルニア関連製品（追加で扱う可能性有）
求める職務要件:
- 学歴：学士以上
- 営業経験3年以上（業界不問、MR以外）
- 医療機器業界（メーカー/代理店）での営業経験あれば尚可
- 普通自動車免許
