Supply Chain
The Supply Chain team are responsible to bringing billions of life-saving medical devices and diagnostics tests, high-tech instruments and equipment to customers and patients all over the world. Our aim is deliver these products at an affordable cost and of the highest quality.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to)
Inventory Oversight & Operational Support
- Oversee replenishment orders between BD Temse or manufacturing plants and the 3PL.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain Planning to define optimal stock levels at the 3PL.
- Monitor stock accuracy and reconcile inventory between BD and the 3PL.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of sales transactions and stock corrections.
- Serve as the first point of contact for logistics-related issues.
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
- Collect and analyze 3PL metrics; track and report KPIs.
- Lead performance review sessions with key stakeholders.
- Identify, propose, and implement operational process improvements.
- Support SOX-compliant cycle counts and report discrepancies.
Change & Process Development
- Actively contribute to the implementation of SAP S/4HANA by validating and refining new logistics processes.
- Embrace change and help the team adapt to new ways of working.
- Take initiative in identifying gaps and proposing solutions during the transition phase.
- Support documentation and knowledge-sharing to build team resilience during system and process changes.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES AND BACKGROUND
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and systems, specifically third-party logistics.
- Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel and Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits.
- A collaborative team player who is open to change, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a strong plus.

The salary or hourly rate offered is determined by the role's specific requirements, including any applicable step rate pay system at the work location. Salary or hourly pay ranges are influenced by labor laws and Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) requirements applicable to the work location which may also affect the workplace arrangement of the role.
