  • Partner with SGA Analysts to address inquiries and performance related to expenses.

  • Partner with VP and CBL to address questions related to revenue and gross profit performance.

  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain Team on topics such as inventory and shipment-related data.

  • Work alongside the BU Controller to prepare and validate financials.

  • Participate in review calls and meetings with VP's and CBLs for ASR, Budget, and PRJ preparation, ensuring targets are met and providing guidance on corrective actions when needed.

  • Attend calls and meetings with the BU Controller for MEC purposes.

  • Prepare Risks & Opportunities (R&O) and Outlook.

  • Act as a sparring partner to META Business Leaders.

  • Contribute to cross‑finance and BU‑specific projects.

  • Conduct P&L and ROI analysis for projects.

  • Identify and explore value‑creation opportunities.

  • Support team development and operational excellence by onboarding and training new team members, participating in recruitment activities, coaching and retaining analysts, helping prioritize team workloads, and providing guidance and best practices to SGA Analysts to ensure effective workload distribution and high-quality deliverables.
