Job Description
Ing. Control y Automarización
Operar y mantener en condiciones óptimas de desempeño los servicios críticos como agua helada, vapor, aire comprimido, HVAC, iluminación, sistema eléctrico, gases industriales (oxigeno, hidrogeno, LP, natural y nitrógeno), así como mantenimiento general a edificio, operar y mantener los equipos de tratamiento de agua en óptimas condiciones de desempeño operar y mantener los equipos de tratamiento de agua en óptimas condiciones de desempeño siempre respetando los lineamientos de seguridad, calidad, buenas prácticas de documentación y buenas prácticas de manufactura.
Funciones:
1.- Mantener en óptimas condiciones los sistemas críticos, cumpliendo los procesos y procedimientos de gestión de mantenimiento para eliminar paros que afecten la producción.
2.- Proponer y desarrollar modificaciones y mejoras a los sistemas críticos, analizando el funcionamiento y condiciones de los equipos con el objeto de aumentar su eficiencia y disponibilidad, así como la generación de ahorros energéticos y económicos.
3.-Participar en los procesos de validación de equipos y servicios para garantizar y cumplir con los estándares y protocolos de calidad del área.
4.-Elaborar ARO´s de seguridad, RPR´s, Mapas de riesgo, y actividades predictivas para la implementación de mejoras en los equipos a cargo.
5.- Proponer mejoras a los planes de mantenimiento y mantener actualizado el programa anual de mantenimiento.
6.- Actualizar periódicamente los documentos oficiales relacionados a los sistemas críticos para cumplir con los sistemas de gestión de calidad.
7.-Supervisar trabajos realizados por contratistas para evitar desviaciones de calidad y/o seguridad.
8.-Informar a los departamentos involucrados de los paros por mantenimiento y arranque para documentar las acciones correctivas que se deriven de estos.
9.- Atender matriz de capacitación en tiempo y forma.
10.- Interpretación de planos para maquinado de piezas.
11.-Operar los equipos de tratamiento de agua de acuerdo con los procedimientos y estándares de la organización para mantener el nivel de calidad especificado.
12.- Mantener en óptimas condiciones los sistemas de tratamiento de agua, cumpliendo los procesos y procedimientos de gestión de mantenimiento para eliminar paros que afecten a la producción.
13.-Actualizar periódicamente los documentos oficiales relacionados a los sistemas de tratamiento de agua para cumplir con los sistemas de gestión de calidad.
Requisitos
1.- Ingeniero titulado, pasante o trunco en electromecánica, mecánica, eléctrico y/o afín.
2.-Tres años de experiencia en el área de mantenimiento de servicios críticos y/o 2 años de experiencia en sistemas de tratamiento de aguas y mantenimiento electromecánico.
3.- Nivel de idioma, inglés técnico para lectura y comprensión de manuales y diagramas.
