Job Description
Ingeniero de Seguridad
Diseñar, elaborar, implementar y dar seguimiento al proceso de estandarización de todos los criterios técnicos, sistema de gestión de salud, seguridad y medio ambiente BD que aplica a las unidades operativas y establecer los procedimientos aplicables en cada operación de acuerdo a la normatividad vigente nacional o aquella de uso internacional que se ajuste mejor a nuestros requerimientos. Aplicado para operaciones propias, proyecto especiales y clientes (cuando aplique).
Ingeniero Industrial, Ambiental, química, mecánica o afín.
5 años de experiencia en el área de EHS.
Funciones y Responsabilidades
- Diseñar, implementar y dar seguimiento del Sistema Gestión de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente, identificando necesidades, considerando mejores prácticas, analizando resultados requeridos e implicaciones para la operación, etc. y asegurando que se establezcan las bases y guías de trabajo para alcanzar el objetivo de cero lesiones a las personas y cero impactos al medio ambiente.
- Definir procesos de comunicación y difusión de procedimientos, instrucciones de trabajo y formatosde control, al igual que los mecanismos de retroalimentación.
- Elaborar, documentar y comunicar directivas, procedimientos, instrucciones de trabajo y formatosde control que soporten buenos resultados en Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente, así como el flujode información suficiente y oportuna.
- Establecer normatividad que presente de manera tiara Io que se debe y no se debe hacer paracuidarla Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente dentro de instalaciones propias, analizando losriesgos existentes, opciones para enfrentarlos con efectividad, explorando experiencias y pciones,escuchando puntos de vista de la operación y documentando las normas a seguir.
- Elaborando procedimientos de trabajo seguro para las diferentes áreas operativas y apoyar en elarmado de contenidos para procesos de capacitación en seguridad.
- Estandarizar procesos y criterios técnicos relacionados con seguridad para que toda laorganización funcione de la misma forma y se aprovechen integralmente los aprendizajes en toda laempresa.
- Definir bases de seguridad para puestos y operaciones específicas, analizando la problemática ysituaciones enfrentadas y estableciendo los lineamientos requeridos para tener operacionesseguras.
- Analizar eventos y situaciones específicas de las áreas operativas para mejorar permanentementela normatividad y los procesos. Analizar las mejores prácticas a nivel mundial para identificar yaprovechar oportunidades que sean aplicadas a nuestras operaciones y recibe retroalimentación delas áreas operativas, eventos, u otros medios, para mejorar procesos de seguridad (mejoracontinua).
- Dar cumplimiento y vigilar que se cumplan las obligaciones legales en materia de salud, seguridady medio ambiente.
- Documentar y justificar técnicamente los requerimientos de equipo de protección personal,materiales y herramientas especificas utilizadas.
- Coordinar con el área de soporte de ingeniería, para aquellas aplicaciones que requieran cambiosmayores en materia de diseño o incorporación de nuevos procesos, maquinaria o equipo.
- Elabora programa anual de auditorías, garantiza su ejecución y segura que las áreas danseguimiento a los hallazgos y planes de acción derivados de las mismas.
Requisitos
- Carrera Profesional terminada en Ingeniería Ambiental, Química, Industrial o afín.
- Conocimiento de Estándares Nacionales e internacionales de gestión de seguridad.
- Conocimientos de Sistemas de gestión de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 o equivalente.
- Experiencia deseable en industria Química, Bebidas y Alimentos, Consumo Masivo.
- Ingles avanzado.
- Deseable conocimiento de Process Safety Management.
- Deseable liderazgo en proyectos de optimización y/o mejora.
