Job Description
Ingeniero de Proyectos responsable de la planificación, ejecución y cierre de proyectos de ingeniería, asegurando que se cumplan los objetivos de alcance, tiempo y presupuesto.
Responsabilidades del Puesto
* Gestionar el ciclo de vida completo de proyectos de ingeniería, desde la concepción hasta la finalización.
* Desarrollar planes de proyecto detallados, incluyendo el alcance, los objetivos, los entregables, los recursos, el cronograma y el presupuesto.
* Coordinar y colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios internos y externos para asegurar la ejecución exitosa del proyecto.
* Identificar, evaluar y mitigar riesgos potenciales del proyecto.
* Monitorear el progreso del proyecto, realizar seguimiento de los hitos y generar informes de estado para las partes interesadas.
* Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, las regulaciones aplicables y las políticas internas de la empresa.
* Resolver problemas técnicos y operativos que surjan durante la ejecución del proyecto.
* Gestionar las comunicaciones del proyecto y mantener informadas a todas las partes interesadas.
* Realizar el cierre del proyecto, incluyendo la documentación de lecciones aprendidas y la transferencia de conocimientos.
Calificaciones del Puesto
* Título universitario en Ingeniería (Mecánica, Eléctrica, Industrial o campo relacionado).
* Mínimo de 3-5 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos de ingeniería, preferiblemente en la industria de dispositivos médicos o manufactura.
* Sólido conocimiento de metodologías de gestión de proyectos (PMP, Agile, Scrum, etc.) es una ventaja.
* Capacidad demostrada para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente y cumplir con los plazos.
* Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita, con la capacidad de interactuar eficazmente con todos los niveles de la organización.
* Pensamiento analítico y habilidades de resolución de problemas.* Dominio del software de gestión de proyectos (MS Project).
* Proactividad, orientación a resultados y atención al detalle.
* Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y como parte de un equipo.
* Dominio del idioma español e inglés (oral y escrito) es deseable.
