Job Description
BD Interventional (BDI) se centra en ser líder innovador en dispositivos que mejoran la vida en el campo de las intervenciones quirúrgicas, endovasculares, urológicas y de cuidados críticos con el objetivo de impulsar el tratamiento de enfermedades de alta carga y permitir procedimientos quirúrgicos e intervencionistas.
Ejecutivo de cuenta BDI:
Es responsable de promover los productos de la compañía ante clientes actuales y potenciales mediante apoyo clínico, soporte comercial y actividades de educación, dentro de un territorio geográfico asignado que requiere disponibilidad para viajar. Asimismo, contribuye al cumplimiento de los objetivos de venta establecidos mediante la implementación de estrategias comerciales, el desarrollo de relaciones con clientes y la capacitación sobre el uso adecuado de los productos.
Responsabilidades:
- Implementar y apoyar el plan de ventas en el territorio asignado para optimizar las ventas, incrementar la penetración de mercado y mantener los negocios existentes.
- Ejecutar el plan de acción definido para el territorio, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales establecidos.
- Mantener un conocimiento actualizado sobre los productos asignados, productos de la competencia y nuevas técnicas relacionadas con el área de especialidad.
- Capacitar y brindar soporte clínico a médicos, enfermeras y demás profesionales de la salud en el uso adecuado de los productos.
- Comprender y comunicar la disponibilidad de los productos a clientes y distribuidores, contribuyendo a una adecuada gestión y seguimiento de los requerimientos comerciales.
- Mantener una comunicación abierta y efectiva con clientes, distribuidores y personal interno relacionado con el territorio asignado.
- Desarrollar y fortalecer relaciones profesionales con los diferentes actores de las cuentas asignadas, incluyendo médicos, enfermeras, técnicos, administradores y líderes de opinión.
- Identificar oportunidades de negocio y apoyar iniciativas orientadas al crecimiento y fortalecimiento de la participación de mercado en el territorio asignado.
Requisitos:
- Residir actualmente en Guadalajara, Jalisco.
- Contar con título universitario de licenciatura o ingeniería (indispensable). Se aceptan diversas áreas de formación académica.
- Experiencia de 3 a 5 años en la industria de dispositivos médicos.
- Conocimiento y experiencia en apoyo clínico, capacitación de usuarios y promoción de productos médicos.
- Habilidad para establecer relaciones efectivas con profesionales de la salud y otros tomadores de decisión.
- Disponibilidad para viajar dentro del territorio asignado.
