Job Description
Actividades y responsabilidades principales
- Desarrollar Estrategias de Ventas: Contribuir al desarrollo de la estrategia de ventas implementando modelos de negocio adecuados y aplicando estrategias de precios favorables para los clientes y rentables para la compañía, con el objetivo de vender y posicionar exitosamente la gama de productos dentro de la Unidad de Negocio. Anticipar asuntos de negocio internos y externos para alinear las prioridades de ventas, estrategias y tácticas.
- Cumplimiento de Objetivos de Ventas: Alcanzar y superar los objetivos de ventas durante el período fiscal respectivo, desarrollando nuevos negocios y manteniendo los existentes. Construir propuestas de valor apalancadas en los productos del portafolio y en los de las demás líneas BDX, basándose en el comportamiento de compra de los clientes y sus necesidades más apremiantes.
- Gestión de Recursos: Realizar la rendición periódica y adecuada de los gastos propios de la gestión comercial, administrando correctamente los recursos del negocio y protegiendo su rentabilidad.
- Análisis de Negocios: Evaluar la factibilidad, condiciones y rentabilidad de los negocios mediante análisis detallados. Posterior al cierre de los contratos, realizar seguimiento continuo al curso y cumplimiento de estos.
- Conocimiento del Mercado: Demostrar conocimientos y capacidad de análisis sobre el potencial, comportamiento, penetración y estatus competitivo del mercado. Desarrollar el proceso de planificación de negocios, realizar informes y actualizar el sistema CRM, manteniendo comunicación continua con otros miembros del equipo.
- Relaciones con Stakeholders: Mantener un mapeo actualizado de los principales stakeholders de cada institución, sus necesidades, relaciones de influencia y roles de decisión, buscando apalancarse en ellos para lograr los objetivos de negocio.
- Soporte Comercial Consultivo: Brindar soporte comercial consultivo en los hospitales que consideren el uso de nuestros productos, ofreciendo asesoría para la adquisición y optimización de uso de estos.
- Cobranza y Administración de Cartera: Efectuar labores de cobranza a los clientes, recaudar y entregar oportunamente los valores recibidos, administrando la cartera de acuerdo con las políticas de BD.
- Desarrollo de Propuestas de Valor: Desarrollar propuestas de valor para los clientes que permitan apalancar el crecimiento en ventas y la penetración del portafolio, alineado con la segmentación BD. Cumplimiento de Normativas: Cumplir con la implementación, mantenimiento y participación en los Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad y en el Sistema de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo.
Formación académica y experiencia previa
- Título Universitario: Preferiblemente en Ciencias de la Vida, Bacteriologia, Biotecnología, Química, Biología, o un campo relacionado.
- Manejo de SAP y Salesforce
- Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en ventas dentro del sector de biosciencias o industrias relacionadas.
