As a result of the combination of the BD Biosciences and Diagnostic Solutions business with Waters Corporation (NYSE: WAT), by applying to this role, you will be applying for a position with Waters. Job Description

Su enfoque principal está en la creación de nuevas oportunidades, la expansión de mercados y el desarrollo de iniciativas que permitan acelerar el crecimiento sostenible del portafolio de Research el HUB.

ACTIVIDADES

1. Desarrollo de mercado y generación de oportunidades

  • Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio en el segmento de Research, explorando aplicaciones, clientes y mercados con bajo nivel de penetración.

  • Analizar tendencias del mercado, necesidades de clientes y oportunidades emergentes para el portafolio de soluciones de Research.

  • Desarrollar estrategias de entrada a nuevos segmentos, instituciones y líneas de investigación.

2. Generación y desarrollo de pipeline

  • Construir, gestionar y dar seguimiento al pipeline de nuevas oportunidades de negocio en el segmento de Research.

  • Generar oportunidades calificadas en conjunto con el equipo comercial.

  • Asegurar la maduración del pipeline mediante el entendimiento del cliente, identificación de necesidades y estructuración de soluciones.

 Responsable de generar y desarrollar pipeline, no del cierre comercial.

3. Relación con clientes y stakeholders clave

  • Establecer y desarrollar relaciones con investigadores, líderes académicos, directores de laboratorio y otros stakeholders relevantes.

  • Identificar tomadores de decisión en procesos de investigación y desarrollo.

  • Posicionar a la organización como socio estratégico en soluciones de Research.

4. Desarrollo de propuestas de valor

  • Construir propuestas de valor alineadas a las necesidades científicas, técnicas y operativas de los clientes.

  • Identificar casos de uso, aplicaciones y beneficios diferenciales del portafolio de Research.

  • Apoyar la estructuración técnica y comercial de oportunidades complejas junto con Sales y equipos técnicos.

5. Expansión del negocio de Research

  • Contribuir al crecimiento del portafolio mediante la expansión de cuentas existentes y apertura de nuevas cuentas.

  • Impulsar la adopción inicial de soluciones en nuevos clientes o segmentos.

  • Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento a largo plazo dentro del mercado.

 6. Trabajo integrado con equipos internos

  • Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de ventas para la conversión de oportunidades.

  • Trabajar de manera coordinada con roles técnicos (ej. Technical Market Development) para soportar procesos de adopción.

  • Alinear iniciativas con Marketing para fortalecer la propuesta de valor y el posicionamiento del portafolio.

7. Gestión de información y seguimiento

  • Registrar y dar seguimiento a oportunidades en los sistemas de gestión (CRM).

  • Reportar avances en pipeline, oportunidades generadas y evolución del mercado.

  • Asegurar visibilidad del desarrollo de negocio en el segmento de Research.

PERFIL DE PUESTO Y COMPETENCIAS

Profesional universitario en áreas de Ciencias de la Salud, Biología, Biotecnología, Bacteriología o afines (citometría e investigación)

Conocimiento del entorno de Research, incluyendo aplicaciones científicas, procesos de investigación y dinámicas académicas o de laboratorio.

Entendimiento de procesos comerciales consultivos y desarrollo de negocio.

Capacidad para estructurar propuestas de valor alineadas a necesidades técnicas y científicas.

Manejo de herramientas de gestión comercial (CRM) y análisis de pipeline.

Inglés avanzado
