Job Description

The position acts as  specialist that can manage both Customer Service and pricing/tender operations ensuring accurate end-to-end offer to deliver process.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, including order entry, validation and order confirmation in ERP.
  • Ensure accuracy of customer master data, pricing conditions, delivery details and materials.
  • Monitor order lifecycle, proactively managing backorders, partial shipments and rescheduling.
  • Act as main point of contact for customers and Sales, providing updates on order status, delays and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate closely with Warehouse and Logistics to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Manage customer complaints (service and product), ensuring proper documentation, classification and timely follow-up.
  • Collect and validate all required complaint data (lot, references, quantities, dates, descriptions).
  • Route complaints to relevant teams (Service vs Quality) and call out critical or product safety issues.
  • Ensure full traceability and closure of complaints within defined timelines.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of commercial offers, ensuring consistency between quotations, pricing and driven orders.
  • Coordinate internal approvals and maintain pricing structures accurately in ERP.
  • Support periodic price increase processes, including planning, impact analysis and cross-functional alignment (Sales, Finance, Marketing).
  • Provide pricing analysis and insights to Sales, identifying inconsistencies and supporting issue resolution.
  • Prepare and manage complex commercial documentation, including service agreements, maintenance contracts and pricing structures in coordination with Legal.
  • Support tender processes end-to-end, including screening opportunities, coordinating documentation and ensuring timely submission.
  • Ensure correct implementation and maintenance of awarded tenders, including pricing setup and renewals.

About you

  • Administrative profile with strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Management or similar roles.
  • Knowledge or exposure to tender processes (highly valued).
  • Fluency in Greek and English (both mandatory).
  • Italian is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good communication skills, with ability to interact with internal and external collaborators.
  • Proactive attitude with problem-solving approach.

Salary range for this role: 23,200.00 € - 41,800 € ​
