Job Description

Zakres obowiązków:

• Wyszukiwanie ogłoszeń przetargowych oraz zapytań ofertowych
• Wsparcie w przygotowywaniu ofert (w tym cen oraz opisów produktów) we współpracy z zespołem sprzedaży
• Analiza dokumentacji przetargowej oraz sprawdzanie spełnienia wymagań formalnych
• Kontakt mailowy z instytucjami ogłaszającymi przetargi
• Współpraca z różnymi zespołami wewnątrz organizacji
• Wsparcie procesu przetargowego od momentu ogłoszenia do podpisania umowy

Wymagania:

• Wykształcenie wyższe (Administracja, Ekonomia, Prawo lub kierunki pokrewne)
• Zaawansowna znajomość języka polskiego
• Komunikatywna znajomość języka angielskiego
• Dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office (w szczególności Excel)
• Doświadczenie w obszarze zamówień publicznych lub przetargów będzie dodatkowym atutem
